Faith and Reason(s): Confronting Popular Opinion with God's Truth

In a time where countless souls are attempting to “redefine” truth — or even to deny its very existence — Christians face the daunting task
of sharing the great depths of the faith in a culture seldom open to hearing it. Modern Catholics, especially, find themselves constantly
immersed on a battlefield of immorality, being asked to explain and defend the Church’s teachings on a variety of issues at any given moment.
In Faith & Reason(s), author Joe Cady not only shares the timeless wisdom of Catholic Church teaching, but he does so in a way that will
equip every reader and modern follower of Jesus Christ to answer common questions with simple and candid answers. In this book Joe tackles
everything from “How do we know God exists?” to “If there is a God, why is there so much evil and suffering in the world?” Every answer is
rooted in Sacred Scripture and cross-referenced with excerpts from The Catechism of the Catholic Church. In short, Faith & Reason(s) is a
gift to every modern Catholic soul, from catechists entrusted with teaching the faith to the everyday disciple who just wants to grow in
knowledge and wisdom.
Joe Cady holds bachelor's degrees in Philosophy and Religious Studies and a master's degree in Theology. He has worked over ten years in
full-time ministry and currently serves as the Director of Adult Catechesis and Outreach at St. Timothy Catholic Church in Mesa, AZ.
He and his wife, Maggie, have six wonderful children aspiring for sainthood.
